Hi My name is Zahid. I am a fully qualified practitioner registered and accredited with British association of behavioural and cognitive psychotherapists. I have a decade of experience in empowering individuals to achieve their goals around taking back control of their life from common wellbeing challenges such as depression, different forms of anxiety, fears and phobias, panic and related issues in order to help people live a happier, more fulfilling and effective life. Everyone has a different experience of wellbeing challenges therefore I put my clients at the heart of treatment planning.
